Little Acts Of KindnessI went downtown to get a bunch of things done that I had been putting off for some time now. After all was said and done, I was on my way back and had to take the subway uptown. I encountered a lady sitting outside of the station on the dirty pavement holding an empty coffee cup in her hand. It was kind of shocking to see a homeless woman as they were so much more rare than homeless men. I tried not to notice and quickly slipped into the station and waited for my train on the platform but at the last second before the train arrived, I decided to leave the station and headed to the nearby bank where I pulled out some money.
